Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse tasks such as manual handling of heavy stock.
  • Book incoming stock and store it appropriately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders.
  • Maintain high health and safety standards.
  • Serve customers at the trade counter.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.

As a Part-Time Operations Assistant based in Consett, your responsibilities include:

  • Performing warehouse tasks such as manual handling of heavy stock like radiators, boilers, sinks, and toilets
  • Booking incoming stock and storing it appropriately
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards in the warehouse
  • Serving customers at the trade counter with product recommendations based on their needs
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email courteously and promptly

This is a permanent, part-time position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will have:
