  • Confidence in IT systems, including spreadsheets, emails, and databases (experience with ChurchSuite is a bonus).
  • Experience in operational or administrative roles (church or charity experience desirable).

Special Conditions:

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a Christian. You’ll need to either be a member of Central Church or willing to join us, actively participating in our community life.

  • 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata) plus bank holidays.
  • Automatic enrolment in the NEST pension scheme (4% contributions).
  • Opportunities for training and development within a supportive team.

Candidates selected for interview will be required to visit the church and take part in a lunch on: Sunday 20th July 10.30 - 14.30.

Interviews will be held in person W/C 21st July.

In addition, we may ask you to have some informal conversations and undertake a team dynamics assessment.
