️ Operations & Creative Assistant – Part-Time, Remote (UK-Based)

Company: Pixel Gallery

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)

Hours: 15–25 hours/week, flexible schedule

Compensation: £12–£18/hour (based on experience)

We’re now hiring a detail-oriented, creatively fluent Operations & Creative Assistant to help us scale that vision — someone who can uphold high standards while moving fluidly across content, systems, and digital tools in a fast-evolving creative environment.

What You’ll Do

Creative Production & Publishing

• Coordinate and track AI-generated art workflows
• Maintain prompt libraries and digital asset archives
• Format and schedule content across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, newsletters, Shopify)

Online Gallery & Product Management

• Upload new artwork listings with SEO-optimized copy and metadata
• Manage limited edition launches, pricing, and framed mockups
• Ensure consistency across product pages and image presentation

Sales & Communications Support

• Maintain CRM systems and outreach tracking
• Assist with writing DMs, email replies, and partnership proposals
• Help curate testimonials, case studies, and content asset

Operations & Admin

• Keep Notion dashboards and project boards up to date
• Track analytics and report key insights
• Occasionally handle customer service queries with care and clarity

Who You Are

• Organised, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong written communicator with an eye for detail and tone
• Familiar with digital tools (Notion, Canva, Google Drive, Shopify, etc.)
• Passionate about art, culture, and technology

Bonus: Experience with AI image tools, Photoshop, or content management is a plus.

• 1+ years in operations, digital production, creative admin, or similar roles preferred
• No degree required — we value taste, rigour, and execution
• Must be UK-based and available to work during standard UK hours
