Operations and Resource Manager

Job Description

A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Ops / Resource Manager to join an award-winning creative agency as they continue to grow.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations to keep everything running smoothly - from planning and resourcing to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

This role will be predominantly office-based in central London and requires previous experience working in a similar role within a creative agency.

What You'll Do

1. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
2. Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication
3. Support Graphics & Finishing teams with resourcing and prioritisation
4. Enforce operational processes, workflows, and security policies
5. Manage project database, HR systems, and holiday calendars
6. Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes
7. Support infrastructure, IT, and HR initiatives
8. Manage desk space, remote work policies, and general office upkeep
9. Liaise with suppliers and contractors
10. Help manage diaries, meeting rooms, and cross-timezone scheduling
11. Work closely with company leadership to prioritise meetings and share updates

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in a creative agency or production environment
• Strong resource planning and process management experience
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and tools like Monday.com
• Bonus: Familiarity with Avid and After Effects
• Passion for team culture and creative workflows
