Your role and responsibilities
As our new Operations and Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Adult Social Care. You'll lead your locality with confidence, ensuring strong collaboration across teams and partners to improve outcomes for the people of Suffolk.

You'll be joining a passionate and dedicated team within the Adult Social Care directorate. We're proud of our collaborative culture, where everyone's voice is valued and ideas are welcomed. We support hybrid working and typically meet in person at our Riverside office on key days to connect and collaborate.
