Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading business, to recruit for an Operations and Marketing Administrator on a part time basis. This is an attractive role based in the centre of Belfast which offers flexibility around hours to suit the needs of the successful candidate. The business has an instantly recognisable brand and partners with other leading facilities, making a role within the team diverse and interesting.

The role of Operations and Marketing Administrator involves supporting the General Manager with all elements of administration supporting the site, whilst being involved in marketing-related activities. The marketing aspect of the role will include creating Canvas, social media marketing and suggesting events which could boost the profile of the business. On the operations side, you will assist with stakeholder management/engagement, and ensure the premises is maintained to a high standard.

The right person for the role will have a strong PA/Operations skillset alongside a passion or interest in marketing. You do not need to be a qualified Marketer, however a keen interest in developing this skillset is essential for this role.

The package for this role contains an attractive hourly rate of around £17.50 per hour, based on a 24 hour working week. There are a host of other benefits which can be availed of when joining this organisation, which can be discussed in more detail upon conversation with Honeycomb.
