Job Title: Operations & Events Executive Contract: Temporary Salary: £43,500 per annum (FTE) Location: Beautiful offices close to Fenchurch Street

Overview

We're looking for an experienced and organised Operations & Events Executive to join a purpose-led organisation on a temporary basis. You'll play a key role in delivering impactful events and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver events including conferences, launches, and roundtables.Manage operational processes and ensure smooth internal governance.Support financial administration (invoicing, reporting, budgeting).Maintain and update the company website and CRM systems.Provide diary management and meeting support to the Chief Executive.Liaise with stakeholders, members, and external suppliers.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering professional events.Strong organisational and project management skills.Financial literacy and confidence with budgets.Comfortable using digital tools (e. WordPress, Mailchimp, CRM systems).Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
