As we develop our next five-year strategy, the Operations and Development Director will play a vital leadership role in driving the quality, growth, and impact of our operational delivery across the North East region and nationally.
The Postholder Will Provide Strategic Oversight Of All Operational Services, Ensuring They Are Safe, Impactful, Sustainable, And Aligned With The Charity's Mission, Vision, And Strategic Objectives. This includes leadership across Children North East's three key thematic areas:
Working collaboratively with the CEO, SLT, and external partners, the postholder will contribute to influencing social policy and system change to remove barriers that prevent babies, children, and young people from achieving their potential.
