Job summary

The Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre in Devizes seeks a senior leader to take overall operational, clinical and professional responsibility for the Devizes site. You will balance patient outcomes, safety, governance and budgets while working with commissioners and healthcare partners.

You will bring registered nursing or allied health leadership, extensive experience of CQC inspections, and a proven track record of driving service improvement and sustainable growth in a complex healthcare

This senior leadership post sits at the Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre in Devizes, covering the service as a whole. The holder takes overall operational, commercial, clinical and professional responsibility, balancing patient outcomes, CQC compliance, workforce planning and budgets. Its scope spans clinical and non-clinical services, with commissioners and healthcare partners as key external contacts. Fit turns on a nursing or allied health registration and proven senior healthcare leadership.

What’s required
