OPERATIONS ANALYTICS MANAGER

UP TO £85,000

A high-growth InsurTech business is seeking to appoint an Operations Analytics Manager to lead a pivotal function that will underpin the company’s continued expansion and operational excellence.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Analytics Manager will play a critical role in driving data-led improvements across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Utilising SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyse data from a wide range of sources to generate actionable insights
• Developing and maintaining robust analytics frameworks to monitor and enhance operational efficiency across multiple business units
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions
• Designing and implementing dashboards and reporting tools to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making by presenting clear, insightful analysis derived from complex data sets

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in operational analytics or a similar role, with a strong focus on enabling data-driven decisions
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with dbt is desirable but not essential
• B2B Experience is a strong preference
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
