Job Description:

We are working with our client, an established asset management firm with a strong 15+ year track record and a team of over 200 professionals worldwide, to hire for their operations team.

This role involves joining an experienced team of around 10 members across operations and finance, with opportunities to be involved in the full trade lifecycle from post-execution to settlement. There will also be chances to participate in automation and streamlining projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably from another buy-side firm, but candidates from the sell-side will also be considered. Experience with convertible bonds and various derivatives is preferred.

The base salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, with additional bonuses. The company offers flexible working arrangements, allowing 1-2 days of remote work per week.
