Job Description:

We are working with our client, an established asset management firm with a strong 15+ year track record and a team of 200+ globally, to hire for their operations team.

This role involves joining an experienced team of around 10 professionals across operations and finance, with responsibilities spanning the full trade lifecycle from post-execution to settlement. There will also be opportunities to participate in automation and streamlining projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably from another buy-side firm, but candidates from the sell-side will also be considered. Exposure to convertible bonds and various derivatives is highly desirable.

The base salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, with additional bonuses. The role offers flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
