Location Overview

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description

In this role you will be part of the Center of Excellence for economic sanctions monitoring and therefore part of Global Payment Operations. GPO is the central hub for Bank of America in playing a monumental and mission critical role in establishing, servicing, supporting and monitoring two of the most widely used electronic payment processing vehicles – Wire and ACH – in the financial services arena worldwide. GPO is also accountable for the SSCoE (Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence) that reviews all of Bank of America’s customers and transactions to ensure compliance with Bank of America’s Economic Sanctions Program.

In this role you will also Investigate Office of Foreign Assets Control alerts for both domestic and international consumer, commercial and wholesale bank businesses or services functions.

  • You will provide guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
  • You will expand business products knowledge within operations environment.
  • You will build network by developing relationships with partners and teammates.

  • You will collect and interprets data to validate operational processes.

  • You will have an analytical mindset and be detail oriented.
  • You will have excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • You will have excellent computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office.
  • You will have the ability to work independently, as well as, within a team.
Skills that will help (optional)
  • Previous Economic Sanctions, AML, Wire Transaction and/or previous Compliance experience highly desired.
