Job Description:

A boutique, circa $5bn AUM hedge fund, is looking to hire an Operations Analyst.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations (HOO) and work closely with the investment team. Responsibilities include core operations, treasury, P&L/valuations, and corporate actions. As the fund is in its buildout phase, the role involves working with the HOO, COO, and Head Trader on infrastructure development and automation projects. Candidates with advanced technical skills or a strong willingness to learn are preferred.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in hedge fund operations or middle office roles (banking candidates may also be considered). Good communication skills and a personality suited for a small, desk-facing environment are essential.

The role offers a base salary of £60-75k and a bonus potential of 30-50%.
