Job summary

Insight Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a Business Operations Analyst for a leading London (re)insurance broker. You will support change and transformation projects, including systems upgrades, and help organise Operations committees.

You will liaise between broking, compliance and finance to manage Third Party Producer onboarding and reviews, and contribute to management information and KPI reporting to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Proactive, organised and keen to learn.
• Exposure to project management, TOBAs or third-party relationships is a plus.
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.

It's a strong entry point into operations and project management within the London market. You'll support change and transformation projects, including systems upgrades, and help organise Operations committees - scheduling, preparing materials and tracking actions. You'll also liaise between broking, compliance and finance to manage Third Party Producer onboarding and reviews, and contribute to management information and KPI reporting to help drive operational improvements.

We're looking for someone proactive, organised and keen to learn, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of seniority. Exposure to project management, TOBAs or third-party relationships is a plus, as are solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
