We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team!

As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams. You will learn the inner workings of a credit union.

Role Responsibilities

  • Executing manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations
  • Provide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Other administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations team
  • Transaction monitoring in line with our internal AML check
  • Owning operational processes; constantly looking to innovate and improve
  • Act as a point of contact for questions relating to operational processes
  • Maintaining information across multiple systems
  • Review new member application in line with credit union requirement
  • Monitoring relevant email inboxes
  • Maintain customer reports records.

Qualifications Required:

  • Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels)
  • Interest in financial services
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good basic numerate skills (arithmetic)
  • Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.
