Arthur is working with a Lloyd’s Syndicate that is looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst on a part-time basis (three days per week).

This role is crucial in enhancing internal systems, streamlining processes, managing key operational outputs, and facilitating smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learn, maintain, and actively improve internal operational systems and workflows.
  2. Identify inefficiencies and partner with leadership to evolve and implement scalable solutions.
  3. Drive automation initiatives and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  4. Oversee and maintain the integrity of operational datasets across internal systems.
  5. Produce and manage bordereaux for regulatory and syndicate reporting.
  6. Administer policy workflows, ensuring full documentation and audit trail compliance.
  7. Track earning patterns, claims timelines, and key contractual deliverables.
  8. Serve as the operational liaison for: Syndicate Operations, Finance, and Technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, particularly within insurance or related sectors, and will be skilled in process improvement with a hands-on approach to refining systems and workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
