TD Securities in Belfast is seeking an Ops Analyst III for the Margin and Collateral Operations team. You will work to ensure House Risk, Portfolio Margin and Regulation T margin calculations are met in a timely fashion, both independently and with the team.

You will develop relationships with Operations and Prime Broker Client Services, facilitate asset transfers, escalate issues to Margin Management and risk partners, and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FINRA Rule 4210 and Regulation T.
• Understanding of Swaps Regulations.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Provide metrics and trend analysis on client portfolios.

Responsabilités

Job Description

• Ops Analyst III for Margin and Collateral Operations team in NY and Lake Mary.
• Work independently and cooperatively with other members of the Margin team to ensure House Risk, Portfolio Margin and Regulation T margin calculations are met in a timely fashion.
• Develop relationships with all members of Operations and Prime Broker Client Services to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination.
• Facilitate and approve client asset transfers in and out of the firm using proprietary firm systems.
• Escalate violations and unresolved margin deficiencies to Margin Management, and risk partners.
• Work with Credit and Risk teams to implement the firm Margin policy, provide metrics and trend analysis on Prime brokerage and equity swap client portfolios.
• Opportunities to work on projects involving process improvements and other strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA Rule 4210, Regulation T, SEA 15c3-3 and Swaps Regulations required.
