Job summary

TD Execution Services Limited in Belfast is seeking an Ops Analyst III for the Margin and Collateral Operations team. You will work independently and with global colleagues to ensure House Risk and regulatory margin requirements are met for US Cash Prime, US Synthetic Prime and Europe Synthetic Prime relationships.

Build relationships across Operations, Prime Broker Client Services and Risk Management to ensure efficient operation and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Margin Rules including Regulation T and Swap Regulation.
• Experience with global operations in prime brokerage.
• Ability to escalate margin deficiencies to risk partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Margin and Collateral activities for US and Europe prime relationships.
• Coordinate transfers and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit and Operations teams worldwide to implement margin policy.
• Identify process improvements and support strategic projects.

Job Description

Ops Analyst III for Margin and Collateral Operations team in Belfast. Work independently and cooperatively with other members of the Margin team globally to ensure House Risk and relevant regulatory margin requirements are met in a timely fashion for US Cash Prime, US Synthetic Prime and Europe Synthetic Prime relationships. Develop relationships with all members of Operations, Prime Broker Client Services and Risk Management globally to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination. Facilitate and approve client asset transfers in and out of the firm using proprietary firm systems. Escalate violations and unresolved margin deficiencies to Margin Management, and risk partners. Work with Credit and Risk teams globally to implement the firm Margin policy, provide metrics and trend analysis on Cash and Synthetic Prime brokerage portfolios. Opportunities to work on projects involving process improvements and other strategic initiatives. Strong knowledge of Margin Rules (including Regulation T, FINRA 4210(g) and Swap Regulation) preferred.
