Job summary

THG Nutrition Manufacturing operates on a Tywyn site in Wales, delivering high-quality wellness and sports nutrition products. The Operations Administrator will support manufacturing by handling production data, purchasing admin, and health & safety coordination.

You will liaise across Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Finance and Procurement, ensuring records are accurate and operations run smoothly. The role requires independent work, strong organisational skills and proficient MS Office

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the Operations Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the manufacturing operation. Acting as a key liaison between Production, Health & Safety, Quality, Finance, Procurement and external suppliers, you will ensure the smooth administration of site activities while maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance and improving operational efficiency.

The role covers a broad range of responsibilities including production reporting, purchasing administration, health and safety support, employee engagement activities and training coordination. Due to the varied nature of the role and the location of the site, the successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks and supporting multiple departments across the business.

This position offers excellent exposure to manufacturing operations and provides an opportunity to develop knowledge across Production, Health & Safety, HR, Supply Chain and Site Leadership functions.

• The role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting on production data.
• You will investigate discrepancies in data and work to resolve them.
• The Production Administrator will assist the teams in maintaining stock levels and movement of inventory.
• You will communicate with the site to ensure all relevant stakeholders have visibility of key production information.
• Work with the time and attendance system, identifying any discrepancies or triggers.
• Support the shift management team with arranging and organising a variety of meetings.
