Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Operations Administrator (Part Time) to work for a company near Bicester, Buckinghamshire.

Are you seeking a part time role between the hours of 09:00 – 14:00?

Role: Operations Administrator (Part Time)

Location: Near Bicester

(This role Is being offered on a temp to permanent basis)

Overview:

The operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of a busy, department operating in commercial building pump maintenance, repair and replacement equipment. Acting as the central point of communication, they coordinate tasks between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator (Part Time) :

  • Comfortable and confident talking on the phone to internal and external people.
  • Excellent time management – responding quickly and effectively to client queries/general emails.
  • Scheduling and allocating works to internal engineers as well as subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Raising various jobs and purchase orders daily.
  • Form and maintain working relationships with work colleagues, engineers and clients.

About you:

  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone with internal and external parties.
  • Strong written communication skills for responding to emails.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to form and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, account managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
  • Great attention to details.
