The School of Medical Sciences are looking to appoint a dynamic and proactive Operations Administrator/PA to Head of Division to provide administrative support to the Head of Division and provide wider support for Division and School operational activity.
Candidates should have experience of providing comprehensive dedicated administrative support to a senior member of staff or group and be able to manage complex schedules and be able to organise and prioritise multiple conflicting demands in a busy environment. They must have experience of delivering an exceptional customer service for operational and administrative activities including providing advice and guidance, experience of committee servicing and minute taking as well as event organisation. They will be required to proactively engage with continuous improvements initiatives and innovations within the School. The role requires flexibility, agility and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively with attention to detail. The postholder will also be required to engage with various stakeholders including educational institutions, NHS Trusts and regulatory bodies.
