Job description

Night Shift working Saturday to Wednesday from 22:00 to 06:30 (additional premium payment for working Saturday night)

40 hours per week

Location: Grantham

We are currently seeking a Nights Operations Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis at our Grantham Depot. This role offers variety and opportunities to develop your office administration skills.

The role is busy and varied, including processing and controlling customer pick notes and invoices on SAP, maintaining the warehouse management system by entering movement sheets (Replens), and pulling jobs to voice. Operations Administrators are essential for keeping the warehouse operational overnight. You will collaborate with the wider team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and support.

Successful candidates will have keen attention to detail for high accuracy, good organizational skills, and enjoy teamwork. Strong communication skills and some office-based experience are required, along with proficiency in IT systems (SAP/D365 desirable). A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates must be able to drive to the depot location.
