  • JOB ROLE: Operations Administrator - Immediate Start

  • JOB TYPE: Temp

  • HOURS: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

  • SALARY: £13 - £14 p/h

  • DURATION: 6 - 8 Weeks

  • LOCATION: Henfield

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing Administrative Tasks: Oversee daily administrative functions and assist with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

  • Support the Team: Provide support to various departments as needed, assisting with projects and initiatives that drive success.
