We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Middlesbrough Team! SAP Experience. Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and a team player. Good numeracy skills.

In this pivotal position, you’ll report directly to the Administration Manager and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions.

Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operational activities. From coordinating administrative tasks and streamlining processes to assisting with project support and liaising with various internal departments, every day will offer new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.

What your day might look like:

•Proactively build strong, positive relationships with your team and colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment
•Deliver all administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
•Take ownership of producing and processing dispatch paperwork, raising purchase orders, and handling essential documentation with precision
•Act as a key point of contact, confidently liaising with 3rd Party logistics partners via email and phone to keep operations running smoothly
•Effectively prioritise and manage your workload to stay ahead of competing demands
•Embrace a proactive, “can-do” mindset by continuously reviewing processes and suggesting improvements where possible
•Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislative and statutory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism

About you:

•Strong numeracy skills and a solid grasp of statistics are essential - along with confident working knowledge of Excel to handle data effectively
•Experience with SAP and RF systems is highly desirable and would give you a distinct advantage in this role
•A flexible, adaptable approach is key, as you'll be tackling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-moving environment
•A commitment to accuracy is vital - you’ll pride yourself on delivering precise information while keeping a calm, composed attitude under pressure
•Excellent time management skills are a must, ensuring you can consistently meet tight and demanding deadlines
