Overview

To provide support with comprehensive administrative duties within manufacturing sites offering assistance to all members of the administration team and taking on relevant administration duties as and when required. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a busy and dynamic role where you'll be the key link between production managers, team managers, and operators. You'll work directly with the Human Resources Business Partners providing daily support to both sites in Wellpark, Glasgow and Clonmel Ireland.

About the Role

  • Support recruitment and selection and interviewing for all staff
  • Support the induction of new recruits to the manufacturing sites
  • Liaise with all new starters managers to ensure training schedules and probationary timelines are in place and the relevant persons are informed and have actioned what is required.
  • Assist managers with employee lifecycle administration including leavers and exit interviews
  • Support with formal meetings for various Employee Relations cases
  • Support with Employee Survey and action from Peakon
  • Manage and update communication boards.
  • Prepare presentation data for monthly site brief
  • Support with coordination of Employee Forum and bi monthly union meetings
  • Assist colleagues as requested
  • Co-ordination of Meetings, Recording of Minutes/Actions
  • General administration duties including coordinating long service anniversaries, employee benefits & gifts, updating monthly company org charts etc

About You

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Share point
  • Previous HR experience
  • Experience of HR software systems
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, time management and confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills
