I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Building Services contractor based in Worcester, who are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a background in construction or technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation
  • Support engineers and project managers with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with procurement, scheduling, and compliance paperwork
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to health & safety and quality assurance processes


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within building services or construction)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project documentation and terminology is a plus
