  • Position:Operations Administrator
  • Salary:£24,000
  • Location:Polegate
  • Hours:35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (one hour lunch)

Working with national restaurant chains, football stadiums, hospitals, and construction sites, my client needs you to be used to scheduling jobs with clients and field operatives, being able to multi-task and juggle priorities.

The Operations Administrator role includes:

  • Scheduling jobs with clients and field operatives
  • Ensuring all paperwork is in place, including purchase orders and job sheets
  • Logging jobs onto client portals
  • Maintaining the in-house works diary
  • Producing paperwork and drawings for field operatives
  • Liaising with other departments to keep projects running smoothly
  • Ensuring the right equipment is available on-site
  • Processing expenses for field operatives

Skills and qualifications for the Operations Administrator include:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
