Operations Administrator - Required

Location: Sunderland
Job Type: Temporary - 3 Months Initially (with potential to extend)
Salary: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate or after notice period

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced team in Sunderland. This is a temporary position initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended.

We are seeking someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and reports.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
  • 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing draft paperwork and forms for Contract Managers
  • Managing Tabbers Amazon order requests
  • Saving and organising fleet paperwork
  • Supporting Believe Housing contract reporting
  • Providing holiday cover for Finance AR/AP
  • Assisting with contract costings and budget analysis
  • Performing customer/contract analysis
  • Exporting system data for import into Dynamics
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in SAGE 50
  • Highly organised and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods
  • Comfortable analysing data and suggesting service improvements
  • Ability to work independently, with supervision from the Performance Manager
