Job Description

  1. Sales orders administration
  2. Purchase orders administration
  3. Client liaison for coordination of deliveries and engineering services
  4. Quality testing and reporting
  5. Liaison with suppliers
  6. Support Engineering sales and direct costs reporting
  7. Stock organisation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
  • Numeracy and accuracy
  • Experience in an admin and secretarial role
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
