What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and Schedule: Plan and manage installation and service schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any service-related challenges promptly, maintaining high standards of customer care.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of services provided, oversee invoicing of completed works, and prepare regular reports for management.
