Operations Administrator – South Wales

Full-time | Permanent | £25,000 - £28,000

Our client, a successful and expanding business based in South Wales, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the day-to-day running of a growing office, liaising closely with both the Finance and HR functions to ensure smooth operations.

The Role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll be at the hub of the business – supporting operational processes, assisting with finance and HR administration, and keeping the office running efficiently. You’ll work across departments, supporting colleagues, suppliers, and management to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for operational queries.
  • Provide administrative support to Finance, including invoicing, expenses, and purchase orders.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, employee records, and training schedules.
  • Coordinate office resources and manage supplier relationships.
  • Maintain internal communications and schedules.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Previous experience in administration, operations, or coordination.
