Reports to: Head of Operations

Location: Crowthorne, Berkshire

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Full Time, Permanent

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week (Office based)

My client is recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their team. My client are looking for candidates who have got experience in Order Processing, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills (ideally Intermediate to Advanced) and will be able to handle multiple orders/queries.

Responsibilities

Deal with enquiries from clients, customers, reseller, external sources or from within the Company either by written form, personal contact or telephone to ensure that any queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Working towards SLAs

Processing sales orders

Raising Purchase Orders and requesting payments

Accurately entering sales orders onto the order/stock management system, ensuring they are on the correct sales account, discount levels and product reference numbers

Ensure the products on sales orders are accurately picked, packaged and despatched.

Products are despatched either by courier, post or electronically.

Working with numerical detail logging card numbers, serial numbers, digital codes, product SKUs and card denominations

Enter information into company computer systems accurately and to relevant time scales

Computer skills including accurate data entry

To have great knowledge/skills of Microsoft Excel

Excellent multi-tasking skills and prioritisation skills
