Pure is delighted to be working exclusively with this successful manufacturing business in Norfolk to appoint an Operations Accountant. This role is crucial as the company enters its next phase of growth. You will report to the Site Finance Lead and be part of the Senior Management Team.

The primary purpose of the Operations Accountant is to inform, challenge, and support the site in achieving its goals through the provision and interpretation of key management information. Your focus will include:

1. Financial reporting and insights into site cost of sales and overheads to facilitate optimal factory decisions and improvements based on accurate data.
2. Building effective relationships with key cross-functional personnel and supporting the management team to deliver cost improvements.
3. Driving and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across finance and site teams, enhancing systems, processes, and reporting in line with Lean principles.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant with a proven track record in the Manufacturing/FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision-making and the ability to work closely with non-finance senior stakeholders to improve site performance.
