AXA UK is seeking an Operational Workforce Planning Lead for a 6-month fixed term contract. This key role involves developing workforce planning strategies, analyzing workforce data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational goals are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and a background in workforce management.
Do you have data analytics experience in workforce planning (or a related field) with time spent in a leadership role? We’re seeking a skilled and strategic Operational Workforce Planning Lead to join our People team on a 6-month fixed term contract. We need a a skilled and strategic Operational Workforce Planning Lead to oversee the development and implementation of operational workforce planning to support some key areas of our business, and our ability to forecast resource needs and changes over a timeframe. This role is critical in ensuring that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right places and positions to meet our operational goals. You’ll possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, and have a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to accurately identify data requirements that will inform effective Operational Workforce planning and solutions.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations in Bolton, Tunbridge Wells or Bristol, visiting clients or attending industry events.
