Job summary

PRO Found is seeking an experienced Operational Underwriting Specialist to manage a portfolio of complex risks and apply technical underwriting expertise to support colleagues, influence decisions and drive profitable growth. This is a senior, commercially minded role demanding sound risk judgement and a proven track record across new business and renewals.

You will work closely with brokers, customers and internal stakeholders, acting as a technical reference and helping shape underwriting
