Noble Foods is seeking an Operational Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for manufacturing staff at our site. The role focuses on teaching operators to operate machinery, follow processes, and uphold safety and quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

The position is a Monday–Friday days shift on a 18-month FTC/secondment basis, with various employee benefits and opportunities within a family-owned group.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Fridays Days - 18 month FTC/secondment

Salary: £34,884pa
