Noble Foods is seeking an Operational Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for manufacturing staff, ensuring operators understand processes, machinery, safety and quality standards.

The role is an 18-month fixed-term contract, with Monday–Friday days, based in Lincoln. Salary is £34,884 per year, with a broad range of benefits and a supportive environment, including health and wellbeing programs and progression opportunities.
