Essex County Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Operational training support adviser at Witham Fire Station. The role supports planning and delivery of training across the Service, coordinating courses, managing bookings and ensuring smooth operations in a busy environment.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, to prioritise tasks and maintain systems. The role includes responsibilities in administration, event planning and financial processes within a supportive environment.

Pay: £31,022 (pro-rata)
