A leading care provider is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across various homes and hospitals. This home-based role requires a passion for staff development, along with the capability to inspire confidence and competence among new employees. The Operational Trainer at Barchester Healthcare is responsible for providing induction and development training to approximately 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region. As one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and a new member of staff, the Trainer should demonstrate a passion for their role and the Barchester ethos. This varied position will provide the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day, throughout their Barchester career. The role is home-based and will involve travel around a specific region.

This is a home-based position that will involve travel around a specific region.
