Main Responsibilities:

As an Operational Trainer in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:

• Operational training of Machine Minders in our Portions sealing room.
• Training admin to support operational training.
• Ensuring adherence to strict health, safetyand hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
• Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required

Ideal Candidate:

As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:

• An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectivelyacross your team, between departments and at all levels of management
• Quality awareness
• Train the Trainer
• Health and Safety understanding
• The ability to motivate others and be patient
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• An adaptable approach

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
