What you can expect

• Work to agile best practices, collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. Use your technical skills to solve problems for clients and internal projects.
• Tackle cybersecurity hurdles for organizations, especially in Operational Technology (OT).
• Hybrid work environment with a minimum of two days per week in the office or on client sites; actual hours and locations will vary by role.

Qualifications

Essential requirements

• Security management of industrial control and operational technology systems, including:
• Process control, SCADA, Distributed control, PLCs, RTUs, Industrial cybersecurity, Data communications, Electricity network control.
• Experience with IoT and Industrial IoT.
• Industrial cybersecurity risk management, architecture, and security monitoring.
• Key industries include:
• Electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and distributed energy.
• Smart energy and metering, oil and gas, water, civil nuclear, transport (aviation, rail, maritime, road, autonomous vehicles), and wider critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security standards relevant to these sectors, such as:
• NCSC NIS Guidance, CAF, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NERC CIP, ISA-99/IEC 62443, NIST CSF.

Assessment process

Our interview process may vary based on the role:

• Initial quick call with a Tech Recruiter.
• First round: competency or technical interview (60 mins).
• Second round: the remaining competency or technical interview (60 mins).
• Final: meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion on client-centricity (60 mins).
