Mission: Marshalls seeks a proactive OT Security Lead to protect our manufacturing operations. You will build a security framework to safeguard production lines and infrastructure, requiring deep knowledge of industrial control systems and a passion for security.

Job Details: Support the Head of Cybersecurity by guiding business units on cyber threats, risks, mitigation, and compliance related to OT environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead OT cyber risk management and influence security practices
• Hold operational areas and suppliers accountable for OT security strategies
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to improve OT infrastructure and policies
• Support holistic OT security assessments and incident reviews
• Monitor global OT security trends, regulations, and technologies

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of industrial network protocols and OT infrastructure
• Understanding of risks and controls in OT systems
• Awareness of IEC62443, NIST for OT, and COMAH frameworks
• Experience in risk analysis in manufacturing/logistics
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
