Job summary

Cranswick Plc is seeking an OT Engineer to support maintenance, monitoring and on-site infrastructure across our Hull production sites. The role emphasizes learning in real OT environments, with hands-on support for incident resolution and system integration.

You will work with the OT Lead, gain exposure to networked production equipment, and contribute to projects while maintaining high uptime and hygiene standards in food production.

Qualifications

• Development-focused OT role, ideal for building knowledge in OT environments.
• Hands-on technical support to maintain OT systems, ensure uptime and security.
• On-site duties include system monitoring, incident resolution and project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and monitoring of OT systems across production environments.
• Assist with health checks, risk assessments, and backup planning.
• Troubleshoot OT infrastructure including network devices and factory hardware.
• Provide first-line OT incident support and collaborate with IT and production teams.
• Assist patching and updates of OT systems under guidance from OT Lead.
