Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an Operational Team Leader for the Repairs and Maintenance Service. Based at Weighbridge Site Lodge, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure an efficient, compliant service is delivered by the Repairs and Maintenance Team.
The role requires strong people management, health and safety knowledge, and a formal health and safety qualification (e.g., SMSTS/IOSH) along with an NVQ3 or equivalent.

The Repairs and Maintenance Service at Stoke on Trent City Council are looking for an Operational Team Leader to join the team. In this role you will manage a multi disciplinary team to ensure that there is an effective and efficient service delivered by the Repairs and Maintenance Team.
