Acorn Insurance is seeking a Team Leader to coach and ensure performance within a dynamic team of claims handlers. This role includes managing reviews, fostering a positive culture, and driving continuous improvement. Working hours: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Plus 1 in 5 Saturdays between 9am and 5pm.
Salary: £34,710-£37,752 plus an achievable annual bonus of £2500, paid quarterly
