Job description

Job Summary

Cumbria Health is seeking a highly motivated Operational Support Officer to support the delivery of the WorkWell service in North Cumbria.

The role involves managing service data quality and performance reporting, monitoring key metrics, tracking referral and outcome targets, and supporting service improvements through data analysis. The officer will work closely with Digital and Performance teams to ensure accurate data entry into the K2 Kintex system and utilize insights for service development. Additionally, the role includes supporting community engagement, workforce planning, and collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure a person-centred approach.

This position covers North Cumbria and may be based at community sites in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington, or Whitehaven.

Contract Details: 12 months fixed-term, full-time, part-time, and flexible working patterns considered.

  • Participate in meetings and represent the service externally.
  • Support audits, develop SOPs, and perform administrative tasks to ensure service quality and efficiency.
  • Work flexible hours as needed.
