Location: HMP Peterborough
Salary: £26,208 per annum up to 1 years service, this then increases to £27,715.77
Full-time | Aligned to a shift pattern

What You’ll Be Doing

As an OSO, you’ll be the face of professionalism and safety. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming and managing visitors and official guests
  • Monitoring security systems and conducting safety checks
  • Supporting operational teams across Gatehouse, Control Room, Visits, and more
  • Escorting contractors and ensuring compliance with prison protocols
  • Managing stock and uniform distribution in Stores
  • Responding to incidents and maintaining vigilance during night shifts
