Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking an Operational Support Officer to join the Surgical Division and support the Directorate with administrative duties, data quality and service monitoring.
Responsibilities include monitoring EPR/RTT, managing diaries, and producing data for ESR, EPR, and trackers. You will assist with project work, meetings, and escalation of issues to maintain smooth Directorate operations.

You will need to be highly motivated with a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. You will need to be adaptable and flexible to meet the demands of the services.
The role is imperative to support the smooth running of the Directorate services and will mainly compromise of creating and monitoring service rotas. The post holder will need the ability to problem solve and know when to elevate any issues that may arise. The role will be based in one of the Directorates within the Surgical Division, with requirement to support other teams as service pressures and capacity allow.
