Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. We have a rare opportunity to join our Operational Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Operational Support Team in Cardiff, providing efficient administrative operational assistance that enables our personal injury teams to deliver a high level of client services.

Working closely with colleagues in our personal injury teams, you will help ensure we deliver on our promise to every client to provide an excellent standard of client care.

What does a day in the life of an Operational Support look like?

Opening new files, running conflict checks, managing printing/photocopying/scanning, copying discs, organising digital documents, closing and archiving files, preparing files for audits and costing, handling incoming and outgoing post and processing unreferenced emails, making and answering calls to clients/insurers, supporting the team with a variety of general admin tasks.

About you

You have previous experience of working within an office environment. Educated to GCSE level C in Maths and English or equivalent. Personal injury and/or clinical negligence experience/understanding would be highly advantageous but isn’t essential. Great communicator, both verbal and in writing. You are an experienced user of mainstream office IT (in particular MS Word and Excel) and ideally have a working knowledge of case management or CRM systems. Team player with a track record of building strong, effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the business. Ability to work in high confidentiality to tight deadlines and multi-task in order to meet targets.
